Welcome to the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) program, an initiative designed to welcome individuals from across the globe to experience the richness of living in Malaysia long-term. To ensure a smooth application process and a fulfilling stay in Malaysia, certain eligibility criteria have been established. These criteria are designed to meet the needs of prospective residents and ensure that applicants can enjoy the high standard of living Malaysia offers.

Silver Category
Fixed Deposit: RM 500,000
MM2H Term: 5 Years renewable
Age Requirement: Minimum Age 30 for main applicant
A maximum fixed deposit withdrawal of 50% is allowed after 1 year for property purchase (RM 750,000+), medical, and/or tourism expenses within Malaysia.

Gold Category
Fixed Deposit: RM 2,000,000
MM2H Term: 15 Years renewable
Age Requirement: Minimum Age 30 for main applicant
A maximum fixed deposit withdrawal of 50% is allowed after 1 year for property purchase (RM 750,000+), medical, and/or tourism expenses within Malaysia.

Platinum Category
Fixed Deposit: RM 5,000,000
MM2H Term: Eligible to apply for permanent residency (PR)
Age Requirement: Minimum Age 30 for main applicant
A maximum fixed deposit withdrawal of 50% is allowed after 1 year for property purchase (RM 1,500,000+), medical, and/or tourism expenses within Malaysia.
Required Days in Malaysia
Required Day in Malaysia per year for Age 30-49:
60 days per year for the main applicant or spouse/dependents.
Required Day in Malaysia per year for Age 50+:
60 days per year for the main applicant and spouse.
Other Requirements
Dependents: Maximum child age 35 & single
Parents & In-Laws: Allowed (must be aged 60+)
Medical Report: Required for each person
Medical Insurance: Required for each person aged 59 & below
Police Criminal Clearance: Required for each person aged 18+
